Senate Bill 1606

Senate Bill 1606 prohibits hospitals from requiring that a patient has documentation regarding life-sustaining procedures and ensures that people with disabilities can have at least three people to provide support while receiving care in the hospital, even during an active pandemic.  Key reference documents about Senate Bill 1606 are provided below are:
